Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore around. The rooms are a bit dim, but they come with a nice variety for breakfast within 48 hours. The service was warm and welcoming but lacked helpful suggestions. Despite some minor construction details in the room, the location is unbeatable, just off the main busy street and close to everything. Be prepared for limited dining options with a focus on main meals and a glass of juice. Overall, the facilities are decent with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a prime location, perfect for exploring the vibrant Playa del Carmen surroundings. The rooms are spacious and trendy, offering a great value for money. The service is outstanding, from the moment you step into the hotel. However, dining options could be more varied, but the free delicious cooked-to-order breakfast compensates for it.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, and I even got upgraded to a room that was absolutely delightful. The service was top-notch, especially at check-in, with a fantastic option to chill out on the hotel roof. The location was excellent, near 5th Avenue and the beach, making it a prime spot for exploring. The dining experience was delicious, offering cooked-to-order meals right next to the beach, although it could have been a bit more diverse.
The hotel is ideally located on the main strip just a few blocks from where all the clubs are, making it perfect for those wanting to explore the nightlife. However, the rooms had no windows and were not well-designed, smelling of mold and sewage at all times, which was quite inconvenient. The dining options were limited, but the service was excellent overall.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not really clean and had a continuous loud drainage sound from the pool above, but the location was superb, right on the main strip near bars and clubs. The service was so helpful and kind, although one evening they directed us to hail a taxi on the street instead of assisting us. The dining was a bit poor with limited food options, but the facilities were magnificent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms felt a bit humid for the first two nights but had everything I needed, although there were some maintenance issues like the TV hanging from the wall and a broken glass door. The service was a bit slow and could use some improvement in cocktail making and overall efficiency. The location was convenient, close to everything I might need, but looked a bit tired in terms of construction details. The dining experience was below expectations with limited options, though they had some healthy food choices. The facilities were average.
